📜 Jadu Meet Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Jadu Meet (the "Service"), you agree to these legally binding Terms. If you represent an organization, you warrant authority to bind them.

2. Service Description

We provide:

  • Cloud-based video conferencing

  • Screen sharing, meeting recordings, and collaboration tools

  • Paid subscriptions with enhanced features (Section 7)

3. User Obligations

You Must:

✔ Use the Service lawfully (no harassment, illegal content).
✔ Maintain accurate account information.
✔ Protect login credentials.

You Must Not:

✖ Reverse-engineer or disrupt the Service.
✖ Bypass security measures.
✖ Resell access without written permission.

4. Intellectual Property

  • Our Rights: All platform code, logos, and trademarks are owned by us.

  • Your Content: You retain ownership of meeting content but grant us a limited license to host/store it.

5. Privacy

Your data handling is governed by our Privacy Policy (incorporated herein).

6. Term & Termination

  • Free Accounts: May be terminated for inactivity (12+ months).

  • Paid Accounts: Auto-renew until canceled.

  • We May Suspend: For violations or security risks.

7. Payments & Refunds

Subscriptions:

  • Recurring billing (monthly/annual).

  • Price changes notified 30 days in advance.

Refunds:

  • 14-day money-back guarantee for first-time subscribers.

  • No refunds for partial months or violations.

8. Disclaimers

  • "As Is" Service: No uptime guarantees (but we target 99.9%).

  • No Liability For:

    • Meeting disruptions due to user internet issues.

    • Third-party integrations (e.g., Google Calendar).

9. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability is capped at the fees you paid in the past 6 months. Excludes:

  • Death/personal injury caused by negligence.

  • Fraudulent misrepresentation.

10. Dispute Resolution

  • Negotiation First: Email  within 30 days.

  • Arbitration: Binding arbitration under [Jurisdiction] rules (no class actions).

11. Governing Law
